Hi!

My name is Amit Ritter. I'm almost 18 years old while writing these words.

Living in small town Givat-Shmuel, Israel, I had the honor to be chosen to represent our town in a youth delegation to Poland, on July, 1999. I created this site in order to present (to anyone who cares) the wonderful experiences of the trip. My main purpose, by joining this trip, was to visit Auschwitz concentration camp and Warsaw ghetto. Although I'm learning about the Jewish Holocaust since I was born, visiting these places made me understand how horrible this event really was. By the end of the trip I realized, that even more important was to be in Poland with Polish and German people. Consequently, this trip became a gift that I'll always treasure!
